I have recently moved into my new property and wanted to place my TV on the wall. I contacted a few providers, Dishan from Mates Rates was the most proactive and I decided to go with him. I am so impressed with his knowledge on TV and everything electronic, and learnt a lot in the time that he was setting up the TV. Besides being knowledgeable, Dishan is professional, courteous and has a passion for his job. When Dishan left, I was satisfied with his work and confident that he did an awesome job. We had a fantastic experience with Dishan from Mates Rates TV Melbourne and couldn’t be happier with his work. Dishan did an excellent job installing our TV and went above and beyond by helping us source the correct Yamaha mount for our Yamaha soundbar. He set everything up perfectly, brought us up to speed with the new apps, and most importantly calibrated everything so we can control our entire audio-visual system with one remote.
