We rate the service from Dishan at Mates Rates TV a full 5 stars. Last week, we purchased a 75-inch demonstration TV from a major retailer in Frankston and hired Dishan to install it on our wall bracket for almost half the price quoted by the retailer. During the installation, Dishan noticed that the power cord supplied with the TV was actually for the superseded model and would not fit the TV we purchased. He kindly accompanied me back to the retailer to exchange it. After some technical disagreement with the sales staff, the correct cord belonging to our purchased unit was eventually found. Dishan then returned to our home and completed the installation professionally, without charging anything extra despite all the additional time and trouble involved. I have recently moved into my new property and wanted to place my TV on the wall. I contacted a few providers, Dishan from Mates Rates was the most proactive and I decided to go with him. I am so impressed with his knowledge on TV and everything electronic, and learnt a lot in the time that he was setting up the TV.
