Customer's reviews
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mates Rates TV, all thanks to Dishan. He arrived right on time, was incredibly friendly, and is clearly an expert at what he does. After surveying our room, Dishan recommended mounting the TV a bit higher than we had originally planned. He took the time to explain his reasoning, made sure we were completely comfortable with the idea, and even offered to adjust it if we didn't like the final look. We are so glad we trusted his expertise—the height is absolutely perfect!
On top of the flawless TV mount, Dishan went above and beyond by relocating our antenna outlet and seamlessly concealing all the cables behind the wall. The setup looks incredibly clean. I cannot thank Dishan enough and will happily recommend his services to all my family and friends!

We rate the service from Dishan at Mates Rates TV a full 5 stars. Last week, we purchased a 75-inch demonstration TV from a major retailer in Frankston and hired Dishan to install it on our wall bracket for almost half the price quoted by the retailer.
During the installation, Dishan noticed that the power cord supplied with the TV was actually for the superseded model and would not fit the TV we purchased. He kindly accompanied me back to the retailer to exchange it. After some technical disagreement with the sales staff, the correct cord belonging to our purchased unit was eventually found.
Dishan then returned to our home and completed the installation professionally, without charging anything extra despite all the additional time and trouble involved.
We truly appreciated his honesty, technical knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I have recently moved into my new property and wanted to place my TV on the wall. I contacted a few providers, Dishan from Mates Rates was the most proactive and I decided to go with him.
I am so impressed with his knowledge on TV and everything electronic, and learnt a lot in the time that he was setting up the TV. Besides being knowledgeable, Dishan is professional, courteous and has a passion for his job. When Dishan left, I was satisfied with his work and confident that he did an awesome job. I highly recommend Dishan as he is upfront , honest and has a strong understanding of his subject((Every thing electronics) Keep up the great job you do Dishan.
